Yes, it is Chicago. However, the next question you should ask is why is it called the "Windy City." Hint: it has nothing to do with the actual weather, but the politics at one time. Research it and see what you find. I bet you will be amazed, I was.

Chicago is the Windy City but it hasn't really earned it. Many other cities in the USA are actually windier but with Chicago it stuck. It has nothing to do with politics either.
