Immediately. We had better conserve our military and our spending for the real monsters: Iran and N. Korea. In Afghanistan alone, we have spent 49 Billion dollars. That is insanity. We cannot rebuild these primevil countries. A Marshall Plan for countries stuck in the Stone Age will never work, and we will lose America in the process. We had better wake up and get the hell out of Iraq. It was a red herring from the start, and men and women of good intention were duped into Bush's insanity to finish his father's fight. His father knew to get the hell out. We are so screwed! We'd better fight the terrorists and not try to create some Never neverland for a country on the brink of civil war and chaos. We have lost too many young men and women already. It isn't going to work out.

Right now! The place has became a Vietnamesque quagmire that has evolved from an illegal war on 5/1/03. To date, more than 3,000 of our soldiers have been slaughtered by the insurgency! And the the blood of the slain soldiers are on the President's hands now!

The time was 3 years ago. We never needed to go there. That was purely GFBUSH JR trying to do what his limp father could not do.
There were no "weapons of mass destruction," and saddamn, although harsh, was no harm to the USA.
Bush jr was getting back at Saddamn for trying to kill his wuss father.
3000 plus american lives are on the Bush family. For nothing.

I think it will be time to leave Iraq when there is finally a peace treaty that can work for all concerned. We can't leave innocent citizens to suffer with out help like before. I think it is time to leave once terrorism is finally under control. If we leave too soon it isn't going to stop them from following us and flying our planes into more US property we have to protect ourselves. Leaving abruptly would be sending a message to the world that we are a defeated nation. That wouldn't be good. If the Iraquians want us out then they should start thinking about talking peace seriously.

We should have never went as the attack of Iraq was based on a lie by the president of the U.S. What a shame that he hasn't been impeached for it. Clinton lied but nobody died.

Right after "Mission Accomplished"...
And before the loss of the additional 2600 US lives and 100,000+ Iraqi lives during what amounts to political baby-sitting.

Great Q!!!!!!!
When we are given a timetable or other official request for withdrawl from the Iraqi Govt. When they feel confident they have a grip on security, then it is time to start drawing down our troop levels there.
