I have worked with handicapped people, i believe they too should be treated as a regular human being, for they did not choose to be in that situation. I am a physical therapists assistant and i love helping people. I chose this career because of this reason.

In what type of situation? Just off the street or what? Ive worked with handicapped adults and chidren, mentally and physically. It's heartbreaking and still has its rewards.

i dont call them handicapped first of all i call them specially challanged , calling one handicapped makes them feel small and im quite sure they dont want to feel that way , they are human beings so i help no matter what their physical status or mental status human is human so stop stereo typing and if you want to help awesome god is always watching

Several, I was a teacher's assistant for 18 years with special needs people. It was the most rewarding and happiest time of my life.

yes my bestfriend is handicaped just because she is in a chair doesnt mean she isnt a really person!!!
