Counter-Strike Mod?

I used CS-Nation to download some weapon skins for Counter-Strike but how it described to install them was extremely confusing. I am not very computer litterate, so can someone explain to me in detail how to do it, or if you know any other websites that are easier to use.

your gonna have to describe how the files came when u downloaded em like if it came in a zip file or something. usually u go to C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\(your steam id)\counter-strike\cstrike\ and put in the files to the folders in there that matches the folder that came with the file to begin with. email me at [e-mail] and i'll explain better or help u
