Well it depends on which context you mean?

Do you mean do we want to have more land to civilize and live on by more land been created, but in mind if that happens, the oceans have to go some where and will most probably flood other land masses. Causing us to loose more land, there has to be a equilibrium.

Or do you mean along the lines of people owning more land ie titles, for private use of farming and recreation. Either way wanting more land will just cause trouble in the long run. It should all be free and you can venture all of it.

If in India,Maharashtra, Yes.
Because Iam looking for land, where one side there will be cultivation, from where I would generate money and on the other there would be place for an old age home. The generated money would finance the old age home.
