Don't use one w/ a high level of emollients, that "glide on." They are oilier, and will smudge. Find a drier one. The cheap stuff at Walgreens called "Wet 'n Wild" do not smudge, and are real eye pencils. And they're 99 cents!

I use covergirl waterproof eyeliner and then go over it with a light brush of eyeshadow to soften the line. I get compliments and comments on my eye make up all of the time. I never have smudges.

ok, it relies upon on what you want. in case you want liner on the accurate lashes, bypass for a liquid. i recommend income's Babe Cake. It received't flake or smudge, and the best section is that it really is a cake liner. What meaning is that you dip the comb in water, and then into the powder to create the liquid liner. it really is sturdy because maximum liquid liners will dry up about halfway by the bottle, so that you waste quite some your product. in case you want to placed on it lower than the eyes or on the waterline of your eye, i recommend income's pencil liner in Onyx. this is large because this is extraordinarily pigmented meaning it received't turn brown or gray on your waterline, and it also has a small quantity of grease. i recognize that sounds gross, in spite of the undeniable fact that the grease facilitates it to adhere to the waterline, meaning you received't finally end up all racoon-eyed with eyeliner down for your cheek.

maybeline makes an eyeliner pencil that doesnt smudge.
before putting on eyeliner, i usually put on concealer.
brush some shadow on after to make the liner seem less harsh.
another great brand is covergirl.

i had the same exact problem as you and you should switch to a gel eyeliner and you put it on with a brush..it sonds hard and it kinda is at first but after you use it about 2 times its really easy and you dont have to check on it at all throughout the day it just stays on and it never fades/smudges/sags down it stays the same....i recommend trish mcevoy products...you can get it at nordstrom...here's the website.....i really hope you try it you will love it i promise!
