As a QB, McNabb for sure...Vick's the best running QB since maybe Fran Tarkenton, but he's got a weak arm and not the best judgment on the field...if he works at it, he could move into the top echelon, I think, but he's got a ways to go...I think I'd like to see them use him more with some options and reverses...let him run a bit more...
McNabb, on the other hand, is a decent runner, but has enough football sense to read defenses far better than Vick, and certainly has a far better arm...overall, I think you've got to give the general nod to McNabb...just a far more well-rounded player IMHO

Mcnabb. Vick is the better athlete, but he still doesn't even know how to play his position.
Mcnabb is also a very good athlete, and he is about 5 times the qb Vick will ever be.

Let's see, which has lead their respective teams to more wins? McNabb Which has lead their team to a SB? McNabb....very obvious McNabb is better. I don't think Vick will ever be more than a WR playing QB, he's a great athlete but will never be more than an average NFL QB

McNabb, no question... Michael Vick is a great athlete. However, he is only a mediocre quarterback. He is probably one of the most over-rated QBs (make that players) in the NFL!! Keep an eye on #5 this season... he's back!! And better than ever!!
GO EAGLES!!!!!!!

As a pure athelete, Michael Vick is probably the most athletic player in the NFL. Unfortunately for Vick and the greater Atlanta area, athleticism a great quarterback does not make.
My biggest knocks against Vick are nothing new. He has serious accuracy issues when he stays in the pocket. His ability to roll out and throw the ball is impressive, but makes him one dimensional. If you take away his option to scramble, bottle him up in the pocket and force him to pass from the pocket - you are going to beat the Falcons. (Remember the NFC Championship game from two years ago? Derrick Burgess and Jevon Kearse made sure to contain Vick in the pocket - not necessarily chase him around, just make him stay put. Eagles won that game because they contained Vick and they made Vick throw the ball.)
Secondly, my concern with Vick's game is his eagerness to scramble. Usually you will see a quarterback scramble after the play has broken down. With Vick, I think he takes off too early on a lot of plays. He is very impatient.
Finally, if I were a Falcons fan, I would be concerned about his durability. When he steps out of that pocket with the ball, he becomes fair game. Vick needs to learn how to slide, because at his current rate of getting the snot pounded out of him when he takes off with the ball, his career will not be nearly as long as he hopes. I'm not saying that Vick shouldn't scramble. To the contrary, that is when he's most effective. He just needs to play smarter. Be selective, be patient.
McNabb is not the athelete that Vick is, but I think he is a much better quarterback. As a quarterback, McNabb is almost a complete package. He is a five time pro-bowler who led the Eagles to 4 straight NFC championship games. Everyone talks about how much better a quarterback T.O. made him. Duh. Put T.O. on any team and he'll make the quarterback shine. However, McNabb made it to 4 pro-bowls with the ilks of James Thrash, Todd Pinkston and Freddie Mitchell as his receiving trio. McNabb has also been criticized as of late for his reluctance to leave the pocket, despite being an extremely effective scrambler. McNabb has worked very hard to become an effective pocket passer and to avoid the scramble. His primary reason for doing so is that it is a lot more effective to throw the ball 20 yards than it is to try and run for 20 yards. Also, he has become a lot more patient. He will wait for the play to fully implode before he takes off. However, I expect to see him move around more this year, especially when compared to his injury ladened season last year. My biggest criticism about McNabb is his ability to perform under pressure.
To sum up this long rant:
McNabb over Vick, no question. Go #5!

McNabb is the better QB.Vick should be a RB.(QB's should know how to read a defense and Vick has no clue when it comes to reading defenses.)
