also has any one used it for east coast online bnet and did u get band or kicked off or is it safe i keep getting jiped in the game so im just trying to get a guy high up so i can mf with out trading muck seeing as how people like to scam me so much.

I wouldn't use it if I where you. All of the fun in diablo is advancing through levels and finding new more exotic weapons and armor. If you use an editor like that it makes all things a click away and you will find playing will be made meaningless.
