My mom showed me something she printed about Steve Irwin that said he was born again two weeks before his death and he made the statement that with his salvation, he was happier than he had ever been in his life. My hope is that it is true but does anyone know if this is for real?

If he said it, we have to assume it's true--doesn't mean, of course, that it just happened two weeks before he died. But with the media's current bashing of Christianity, I can't imagine a high profile individual such as Steve Irwin making that declaration if he was not, in fact, saved.

Let's all pray for him and his family.

If he was born again only two weeks before his death, it was hardly worth it, in view of the results.

LOL "I will be happy to talk to him in Heaven some day if he is." LOL .. obviously because you have made yourself a list of famous people to meet when you die?

You know how crazy that sounds?

It doesn't matter if he was "born again" or not...what matters is how he treated people in his life. Clearly, God had a mission for him and he touched a lot of people through his work with animals. Go find God's purpose for you instead of following your religion like a sheep...
