Are you talking about the slide show of pictures? The most user friendly site that I have found is this one:

It looks like regular ol' Power Point. They might have used Window Movie Maker, but the animations look like classic Microsoft Power Point.

Oh, God...We're talking' about a slide...You can easily do it on www.slide.com..Or you can use Microsoft Power Point from the Microsoft Office Pack...

it just looks like windows movie maker, you probably have it on your computer, just search for it.
