You have nothing to apologize for as far as I can tell from your question. Assuming you were in a private area and had good reason to be changing clothes, it was an accident but if anyone should be apologizing it should be her.
I don't understand being embarrassed to face her either, you stood facing her stark naked already so seeing her in ordinary circumstances should be easy to handle. She too is probably embarrassed and maybe even more. I'd pat her on the shoulder and tell her I've been caught more than once with my pants down, I'd smile and never mention it again.

I agree with what someone else said - apologise about it. Even though there's nothing to apologise about, it will bring up the issue for you, not blame her, and it should end the issue pretty quickly. It gives her a chance to say anything if she needs to. Don't make it a big deal either as she is probably embarassed too.

Well apparently see liked what she saw to stand there that long and stare! Mosr friends{Male or FeMale}would runout of room ammittly after walking in and usely aplogoize constetly of ambaressment,Sounds like may be she planned it,and made it look like accidant,sounds like friend may like you more than just friend and maybe she was hoping you,ld make a move when she did that![That,s why she stayed so long! As long as you're not doing anything wrong, you don't have to be ashamed! Besides, you are friends and she's the one who just trespass into you. And one last thing! don't get too serious on what your feeling, before you know it, you might either be hating her or falling inlove with her!!! ;)

well if you guys are pretty good friends then i know she is going to be imbarised to because she stared so long. i think you guys need to meet up alone, fully clothed!, and tell her that u feel embarsed because she saw u, then you guys can laugh about it.
but if she saw u with your pants down, then that is very funny.

Make a joke about it--humor lightens any situation. Make light of it by making fun of yourself. If she stared, that had to be a good thing.
