If you have to ask, you're not old enough. Anyway, if you have a sleep disturbance, you should talk to a professional, not get OTC meds.

Over the counter I don't think there is an age limit but you should read the back of the label anyways to make sure your old enough to take it.

I dint believe age is an issue, you would have to see your doctor and be diagnosed with a sleeping problem to get a prescription.

i think u have to be 21 or older but i am not really sure but down here where i live it is 22

they sell them over the counter (tylenol PM) so unless you look like you're 12 - dont think you'd have a problem...
