HALL0WEEN IS M0STLY F0R GIRLS KINDA BECAUSE its the only holiday where a girl can dress up however she wants and no one can call her a slut//whore//etc..

I think for some it is but they still get called bad names after wards personnaly i dress like some kind of cute not skanky fairy like last year i was tinerbelle
