you can bash any christian church but god forbid we say any thing unkind about those rioting, murdering,terrorist,suicide bomber, women degrading Muslim's

Most religions are attacked by others to a greater or lesser extent at different points in time - ask any Jew or Muslim for a topical take on that. The Catholic Church most definitely came under a period of intense pressure as well. Obviously you'll be more aware of criticism if it is your religion being attacked but that is not to say that other religion are not being attacked.
However, the Roman Catholic Church may well have come under sustained pressure for political reasons. Pope John Paul the second was, as you are probably well aware, an outspoken and respected man - I believe that his criticism of Israel and its policies provoked an attack on the Catholic Church. If you look hard enough you will find skeletons in most people's cupboards. If the people looking have control or influence on the media they can then do immense damage to reputations by exaggerating the extent of issues at opportune moments through excessive media coverage.
Israel is highly influential - whether you're an influential Church or the President of the USA and you speak out against then then you can expect a scandal or negative retaliatory outcome of one sort or another.
Clinton did do some ill-advised things and the Catholic Church did have serious internal issues they were working on - however the timing of the disclosures and extreme adverse publicity appeared to coincide with criticism or adverse policy with regards to Israel.

It's not okay to bash anyone for anything.
IMO, the Christians are taking the worst bashing. That *USED* to be the "country" religion, and now their rights are being swept out from under them.
