I think he is not guilty as he was found not guilty by the jury

my thoughts? ... we were not on the juries, so we did not see all the evidence. here is what the juries decided:
he was found not guilty in the criminal trial.
he lost the civil lawsuit.

Maybe but I think it was temporary insanity. I think he walk in on them doing something they weren't supposed to be doing.
