There is little difference between the two. People who say that institutes like these are bad, are ignorant-- they really don't know the first thing about higher education.

Devry and Chubbs do not offer a liberal arts based curriculum, like other schools that seemingly have higher reputations. But, most kids who go to those colleges and universities complain about those requirements anyway and ask for an educational experience more like the one offered at Devry. (and yet they slam people for going there).
