My man and I are trying to conceive and we had unprotected sex on the 7th and 15th (yesterday) day of my cycle(ovulation), and he came inside me both times. After I did that trick, ya know, I put my legs in the air with my hips elevated for 20 minutes for better chances of conceiving. I had to use the restroom and as I was peeing, a clump of mucus came out, the size of a quarter. It looked like cloudy egg whites with a spot of blood or something in it. What was that, his semen leaking out? My discharge? Both? I want to get pregnant so bad. Do I still have a good chance of conceiving, even though some came out? I dunno, I'm stressed. Please help.

I would say it was the semen and possibly your discharge. However, just because you saw the big blob come out, does not mean you can not be pregnant. The amount of semen it takes is very small (MUCH smaller than the blob).
I also did the trick (although we call it the pillow under the butt trick). I dont remember for sure with the first because it was 2 years ago, but I am only 9 weeks with the 2nd. I do remember that blob coming out when I went pee afterwards.
Dont worry too much just keep remembering how small of an amount it takes.

I'm not sure what you mean by "my man", but it really doesn't matter what your marital status is! You're not asking information on your relationship other than trying to get help on ttc! I'm sure you know what responsibilities a child will bring, and for the people giving you sh*t... they just are too judge mental and need to back off! I get so frustrated with ignorant answers... and technically yes people should be married, but a lot of times that isn't the case! I honestly think you are trying WAAAAAYYY too hard. Elevating your hips?? Worried about going to the bathroom? Okay well i go to the washroom after sex everytime and i still have a son and trying for number 2. You need to relax and let nature take its course. That being said it was more than likely his semen coming out. When semen hits the air it turns to the consitancy of egg whites or mucus. The blood could have come from a tiny fissure inside your vagina. It happens when you are not lubricated enough or the love making is a little rougher. Like i said relax and dont stress.

I don't know what it could be, call your doctor over the phone. Trying to conceive is stress full, but the main thing is to calculate your days you are ovulating and have sex on those days. Being stressed lessen your chance of conceiving. Good luck to you and have fun trying.

Yes you have a good chance still at becoming pregnant, you do not need to put your legs in the air or elevate your hips, those sperm guys are fast little swimmers once he ejaculates they are in there, it just depends on if any of them find an egg before they die.

don't worry about it, probably just some extra semen, He might have pulled out to soon, but that still wont decrease your chance, now being stressed will. Try to relax girl, it will increase your chances if your relaxed. Just keep trying. Best of luck to you and your honey!

Sounds like ejaculate to me. Did you have an orgasms. Did you know that when a woman has an orgasm it increases the chance of conception, because the muscle contractions draw the sperm up towards the cervix? Also, check your temperature everyday, you have a slight fever when you ovulate.

Sounds like you may have just gotten a small tear, these happen and I doubt if it impacted your chance of pregnancy unless he's a "small" man. Otherwise he would have came further inside than that and the sperm would have safely been on its way to the utureus.

It sounds like semen. Don't worry, there are millions and millions of sperm in just a drop of semen...I am sure some swimmers made their way upward!

IT was probably semen. I'd say yes you still have a good chance. All it takes is one little sperm, and men ejaculate millions of sperm at a time.
