I know that axolotl is the champion of regeneration. If its tail, leg or even heart is cut or damaged, it will grow back within several weeks. I also know that every cell of a plant has the ability to regenerate a new plant. So I wonder in a certain condition, if a leg or other part of an axolotl can regenerate a new one?

No. They can't.

They are only able to regenerate individual limbs or organs. The organ / limb itself does not have the capacity to regenerate the organism.
