False premise. Employers should be concerned. Many large companies provide family counseling services to employees and their dependents.

I do not think that. Everyone--including employers--should be concerned with the issue of domestic violence. Why should anyone draw a line as to who should or shouldn't be concerned with something such as this?

I think employers SHOULD be concerned. My good friend is married to this monster of a man. The company we work for helped her leave him. They realized he was a threat to her and us her coworkers plus she's a good employee of five years who isn't worth losing. This guy's a major ******** and we all so wanna see a house fall on him via Wizard of Oz style.

Of course she was back with him in four days. I could just puke.
We've tried interventions and she just keeps going back. It's an illness.
