the question is not really correct by putting swimming in the same line with golf and baseball.
So the answer is:
1. Basketball for playing and watching
2. Swimming for becoming fit and strong
3. Tennis for a little bit of both
Golf and baseball are activities where how old or how fat you are doesn't matter as far as you possesss a specific skill: hand-eye coordination. they are also hard to play, but more like "bowling-kinda-hard" not like "lets-swim-a-mile" kinda hard

Swimming. Incidentally, scientists say it is the best for keeping one fit. Wait a minute...what do you need 20 emails for?
