Why won't my computer let me upload to Yahoo GeoCities?

It just says "This Page Cannot be Displayed" in both Firefox and IE

If you use fire fox cause AOL is used to with it rest IE which is Microsoft..now Yahoo is a sandwich ;before you like to upload your profile or anything..first of all you signed into Yahoo messenger + Yahoo and see that it will upload to the browser you like.

maybe u don't have something required for geocites.
