you may be anemic (lack of iron in your blood), if you are taking caffeine, sugar or a drug this may be the reason and I would stay away from all 3. It also may be hypoglycemia, a big word for an annoying blood sugar problem. It can be fixed with some mineral supplements I'm taking (email me for more info) but left untreated and especially if you eat lots of sugar, hypoglycemia can become diabetes. Another thought is lack of oxygen in your blood as a circulation/respiratory problem. I will need more info to know for sure. Feel free to email!

Something has had to change. Did you switch brands? Are you taking anything else, not just meds but food changes? Maybe a pregnancy or illness. Some symptoms show up before others. Also many allergies seem to develop over time. It might be possible you developed an allergy to caffeine. I met someone like that. Poor thing can't even have any chocolate. Maybe try fasting for a few days or a detox program and see if that helps. It also could not hurt to ask your doctor too.

A cause of lightheadedness is an abnormal heart rhythm (arrhythmia), which can cause fainting spells (syncope).
Many prescription and nonprescription medications can cause dizziness and nervousness.
Lie down for a minute or two. This will allow more blood to flow to your brain. After lying down, sit up slowly and remain sitting for 1 to 2 minutes before slowly standing up.
Avoid dehydration, which can cause or increase lightheadedness. Drink more fluids, especially water. Other fluids are also helpful, such as fruit juice, clear broth, and gelatin dessert. If you have another medical condition,or symptoms occur often you need to call your family doctor.

I used to for a 10-year period. While it could be physical, It sounds like you have anxiety problems. What you are describing fits the symptoms of a panic attack, which could also be accompanied by depression. Especially the fear of passing out. If you rule out physical problems, then antidepressant or anti-anxiety medications, along with exercise and proper diet could be a great help

I do that when my blood sugar gets low. I have to eat regular meals like every 3-4 hours. Either a balanced meal or snack. I have passed out before from it and it's no fun.

Sounds like you need to get your blood sugar and your blood pressure checked. Or, you may simply not be getting enough oxygen circulation to your brain. Go see your doctor and get it checked out, and while you are waiting for the days to pass for your appointment, do some yoga or some other deep breathing exercise.

I did before I got diagnosed as hypoglycemic (one of the pre-diabetes conditions).
Check out the symptoms page at www.hufa.org and see if you have any others. Hypoglycemia can be controlled by diet - and is much easier to care for than its opposite - diabetes.

I get this when my blood sugar is low. It just happened to me at the bank when I was standing in line. I realized I had hardly eaten that morning. Make sure you are eating enough.
