I was curious as well and went looking around. The only thing I found that seemed to reflect Disney and Hilary Duff was just a breakdown in negotiations, which was months ago.

I know that Hilary Duffs Mom got sued for breach of contract on a clothing line. I haven't seen any news about HIlary Duff suing Disney.

She didn't. I should know b/c i am in her fan club she just left Disney b/c she wanted 2 be %100 with her music.
