Do you want to be an entrepreneur? Then Bradley University is the school for you!
When choosing a school, base it on the program you want, not the school. Too many people make that mistake. It is a very rare occurance when a University has excellent programs in all fields (even the Ivy League can't make that claim).
Where would you rather study English at Columbia U or MIT? M.I.T is a great school, if you want to study biology, chemistry, etc but Columbia would be a better school for English, History, etc
Choose a University based on the program, not the school! My final thoughts (from a man who was a professor for 30 years)

Bradley is a decent university. You can't judge any school by just one program, though.
