I am partially Welsh as well and I believe that what they are saying is 'Weltch' which has nothing to do with us.

i'm so sorry if the human beings you met have been impolite to you. i will tell you that we sometimes have an extremely confusing time understanding the Welsh and the Scottish, extraordinarily in case you talk speedy. It throws us into an entire panic via fact all of us understand the words you're conversing are English yet we easily purely can not make certain what they are. they'd have been watching you via fact they did not comprehend you. no count, it grow to be impolite. WELSH...are my kindred in more than spirit and conviction. We are the answer to Irish upheaval. Please note that you are speaking of welching on a bet and in no way are implying welsh behavior. Welsh people are reknowned for their music and cultural odedience to community law. Again, they are the reason that i shall champion their children all the rest of my life unto my dying day because first and foremost, every Welsh child and lady, stir my heart to the domination of it's true possesion of the kingdom of English rule.
