You should do nothing. That's right, be passive. If he likes you as much as you like him, chances are, he will take the first step. However, if you take the first step, you end up embarrassing yourself and jeopardizing the friendship. And you are only 13! I'm sure you don't want your classmates classifying you as 'boy-crazy' do you?

Alright. It's not "loose" it's "lose" and seriously you're 13. Not like anything you do this point in your life will have any affect on what happens later. Just do whatever you want. Idiot.

just ask him out, if you flirt then 99.99% he will say yes, the last 00.01% is up to god, even if he says no, its better then wondering for the rest of your life what would have happened
