when I shave my legs i always have black dots.I tried using the sharpestt 4 blade razor i could find but this didnt work.And the hair grows really quickly like in 2 days.Its really thick.but only the bottom of my leg is this way because my thigh hair barely grows.do you think something like jergens hair minimizing lotion will help?

Instead of shaving use an Emjoi Gently Gold or Optima. It plucks the hairs out from the root and you won't have the black dots or stubble. It does hurt, but after the first few times the pain decreases. You can use this on the bottom part of your leg and shave the rest. Since the hair is plucked out, it will take longer to grow back too. By the way, I think you can order these from Target.com and other places online.

Try to moisterize after you shave. Also shave less frequently. The only way to full get rid of them is to try another type of hair removal tequnique, like nair, waxing or laser.
