Use a mesh bag and don't put them in the dryer, hang them to dry. Also use a delicate detergent and try to wash them in the delicate cycle with other delicate clothing. The padding will last allot longer. One thing I have noticed, if I buy inexpensive bras, no matter what I do, they fall apart. So I have broken down and purchased some really nice bras, and they have lasted much longer.

i use a cotton mesh laundry bag specifically for underwear. you can find this at bed bath and beyond or target. you put all your underwear and bra inside the bag and wash in the washing machine.

also, i wouldn't dry them in the dryer....if possible or at perm press.

Just trash them and let yourself go free, if they are small then why bother with padded bras anyway.
