Okay,bottom line: Yes they do, because boxers/briefs don't self-adjust. Let's see how you women would handle walking around with these things. I, for one, do wash my hands relentlessly. But the majority of men do not. Happy?

i think some guys do it on purpose in public because they think they are somehow being hot (but they're being SO repulsive) and others are just absent minded geeks who dont realize what they're doing.

we're not scratching, we're adjusting it, Like women adjust their bra or pad, and no, I don't wash my hands, because i do it from outside my pants.
