Retinol, the dietary form of vitamin A, is a yellow fat-soluble, antioxidant vitamin important in vision and bone growth.
1] Animal sources: dairy products (milk and eggs); liver (beef, pork, chicken, or turkey);
2] Plant sources:
darkly colored fruits (pumpkin, apricots, mango, cantaloupe);
leafy vegetables (spinach, sweet potatoes,carrots, collard greens, kale, sweet peppers, winter squash, broccoli);
3] Supplements: widely available at pharmacies & online.
For online sources that may be able to ship to you in Malaysia, do a google on vitamin A and check the advertisments.

Well, here in the USA they are available at any drugstore.

I see that you are asking this question in the Malaysia category so perhaps that is where yo are trying to buy these vitamins and I don't know that country well enough to give you any specifics but I would think that a drugstore or chemists shop would have them.

You can get it from pharmacy. just ask the consultant at there.
As I know, one of the source of vitamins A is from carrot. You can get the carrots juices from supermarkets or just blend the carrots and get the fresh juice.
