...he can sit on the computer for hours, but I get bored easy. We want to find a hobby we can do togeather outside of the TV and Computer, any ideas?? We live overseas on a millitary base so we can't work with much.

I'm 21 and he is 24, we have a GREAT marriage so its got nothing to do with that. We want to find a good time consuming hobby. (Sex is good, but its not the type of hobby we need help finding). We have friends but they are not always dependable so we need it to be something we can both do. We have explored all over this island and there is not much left to do. We also plan on taking lots of trips but not until next year when my husband gets some more leave dates in (he is in the military)

I am also a military wife but not out of the country at this time. We used to to jigsaw puzzles a lot, but haven't for quite some time now. Another idea is getting another couple together and do board games or cards. As for something alone, we enjoy going for walks or crossword puzzles. (sounds kind of "old" doesn't it?..we are only in our 30's but it is nice)

I used to be in the military and know some of what you are going through. Depending on where you are stationed, you may consider learning more about the culture. Visit museums, partake in local festivities, find someone who can teach you the language (should that be an issue) or who can tell you about the local history. Old towns/cities usually have some pretty interesting folklore. In short try getting more involved with the outside world. This can make the inside world (yours) more interesting!! :)

You can always. Knock the boots!!! I know that's all I want to do with my wife and I could never get Bord on that, she is smoking hot!! or you can find a game you both enjoy. Get together with friends and play spades. Or go an random walks anywhere. It's good for breaking the Ice and can lead to interesting conversation.

While my niece and her husband were stationed in Germany, they saved (she had a job on base) and did a lot of traveling when her husband was off duty. They saw places in France, Germany I can't remember where else. They took lots of pictures everywhere they went.
They felt that they had the opportunity of a life time and didn't know whether they would ever have the opportunity to go back.

Why don't you guys try cooking or you can play internet games together. I know life on a base is boring but they offer all kinds of activities and you both need to learn to compromise. If you all don't come up with something he will be on the internet chatting to his new girlfriend and you watching TV with Rico the pool man.

why dont you play poker and bet physical intimate things...a back massage, etc.its fun because you both want the stuff, but your doing something totally different at the same time.
u can also go on nature walks- its relaxing and fun to do.
