Maybe that ghost was drawn to you. The spirit realm is of many many people and very different. I am also drawn to these spirit encounters and believe that the reason that it happens because we are able or capable of understanding. For a spirit to manifest, it has to have some purpose. You may be of some help in this regard. Check on some reading on this subject and find out if you have some ability accessing this contact. It is not weird to be unafraid. Only those who don't understand the whole subject add fear into it. If you are in fact drawn to it, you may have a sense you have not explored. Good Luck on your encounters. Hope all are something to ponder.
