No that is like saying relatives of slave owners should pay the relatives of slaves. It was their ancestors not them that enslaved the Jews. They shouldn't have to pay for something their ancestors did.

Why should any person today pay for an ancestor's past transgressions? Are Egyptians even the same racial stock as those who enslaved the Jews? A lot of people have come and gone since those times.
