I suggest going to a church and seeing if they have any programs to teach people how to read. Try going to a local school also, even if it's a highschool and ask them if they know of any programs. And I think you should definitely go to a library too and see if they have any programs, because they most likely do.

Assuming that someone typed this for you and they are going to read you the answers... take continuing education classes at your local community college. They offer classes to teach adults how to read and how to improve their reading.

You seem to type pretty well...
But if I can assume that you had help, I would suggest getting a helper and some kids books. Also get a chalkboard or scratch paper and start practicing.
