When do you ovulate after you get off the nuvaring?

I never found nuvaring to be an effective form of birthcontrol. The ring would fall out during sex (it was like playing ring toss) and i would find it days later caught in the sheets... but anyway because it was not an effective form of birth control for me, I doubt I ever stopped ovulating... for you, because it is a low hormone dosage, you should ovulate fairly soon after you stop using the ring. I'm confused about your period issue because nuvaring does not prevent your period, you should get one every month like normal. It is safe to assume as soon as you stop putting it in, you may ovulate like normal.

a week before your period,...but pay 4 ovualation tests so you know each week if you are,... good luck
