That's too broad a statement! Are you referring to a guy coming over to hang out with a girl? A girl hanging out with a guy? Simply a girlfriend coming to hang out?
Ok....for the first and second scenario: a movie, not a chick flick, something with blood and guts, video games if you're into them or have a brother that is. Whatever the guy likes. Me and my best guy friend play Ninja Turtles video games and go rock climbing while enjoying a nice pb&j sandwich.
If it's just a girlfriend coming over, pop in a movie with Orlando Bloom and grab Ben and Jerry.

First decide what we wanted to do. if we went our probably go for something to eat and then maybe cinema or for a few drink and a chat. If we stayed in watch some TV maybe a movie have a chat and yet again some food. I Love food, yum yum.
