my satellite m65-s821 laptop CD-ROM doesn't work?

a while back i started delete programs the next thing i notice my CD -DVD player stop working
so then i tried to restore laptop bot nothing happen
then i tried Toshiba's diagnostic test everything past but the CD DVD player and floppy failed
what can i do

go to thier website, and go to support, and download any drivers they have pertaining to those drives or ide, and install them
