I would think the Saturday 4 days from tuesday it wouldnt make sense to assume the following saturday, I would also believe if it were the next saturday they would answer "next saturday".

I would assume it means four days from the time asked. As in the very next Saturday.

I would think this Saturday. Usually in that situation if I'm not exactly sure I will ask what date exactly or give the date and ask if it's correct. Something along the lines of "oh you mean the 5th?".

I would say it is this saturday. But who knows if they don't speak proper english then they may have meant next saturday. So I guess it depends on them.....
