Without a doubt: National Lampoon's Vacation - the first and the best.
After Clark sends the car flying over a small cliff:
Clark: "Now Rusty, this is nothing to be proud of. This could have been a very dangerous situation."
Rusty: "Wow Dad, you must've flown this thing fifty yards!"
Clark, hands on hips, slow approving nod: "Fifty yards..."

If I can only choose one, I would say that Caddyshack is the funniest movie of the 80's...

Pee-Wee's Big Adventure.
There are lots of goofs in it, which adds to the rewatch element....
Some great cameos (Jan Hooks, Phil Hartman, more)...
Some great lines, like...
"There's no basement in the Alamo!"
"Shhh... I'm listening to reason!!!"
"I know you are, but what am I?"
Plus... LARGE MARGE!!!
Trust me, this is a classic!
