if you're under a tornado watch, the best source is television. If you're on a computer a website tells you a tornado is coming, you shouldn't have been on the computer in the first place.

After you click, you'll be zoomed in more and you'll see what products have been issued for your area. Remember that WARNINGS are for stuff actually happening now and a watch means that conditions are favorable--but the condition isn't happening yet. If you look around on that page a bit, you'll see the actual radar imagery too--this will show you where the storms are.
I also like looking at the following places to see what warnings have been issued, but then again this stuff is sort of my hobby / career.

Go to www.weather.com and type in your zip code. At the top of the screen it should say something about any tornadoes or storms in your area.
