She doesn't look 16....she looks 14....and she's 14 because she was born in 1992. Most 14 year olds don't look 14. I'm fourteen, most people think I look/act like a junior or senior in high school or a freshman in college. So do 60 percent of my classmates. With a little bit of digital touch up, the right makeup and clothes....even a ten year old can look 15.

My friend's son is only 5 months old and he looks every bit of 7 months. I have seen 8 month old girls smiling at him already.
