I got a pair of hugo boss dress pants the color is brown, I`m not sure what color of shoes to wear with them?, brown or black? and also what kind and color of shirt?

Black doesn't work with brown. Brown or tan dress shoes are best with brown dress pants. The shirt should be dressy. Yellow, tan or ecru are great shirt colors with brown pants. Green, orange or contrasting brown can also work. If the pants are a dark, dull brown, the shirt can be medium, brighter brown. Rust tones are nice too. Some blues can work, but use care. A pale blue is best. If you wear a jacket, a camel tan blazer is great. A green one is fine if you have olive skin. My brother can wear green, but I cannot, for it clashes with my ruddy skin and hair.

Just do brown's and tan's. Do a brown button shirt with a tan shirt underneath. Brown shoes.

I like wearing Baby blue with brown! Don't wear black with brown, you become boring!

Mint green and brown always looks nice. It adds a nice splash of color rather than the expected tan or brown matching shirt.

If you wear a black shirt, I would go with black shoes, and perhaps a brown blazer with that shirt, if you are trying to be dressy. However, any other color shirt should be accompanied with the brown shoes... in my opinion.

i think black and brown don't go well together.
so brown shoes. (or cream colored shoes)
maybe a cream-ish top... or a light brown top.
