i owe my mom like 200 dollars for text and IM charges on my phone because she told me that we had a plan and that i could use the text and im for free and now she said that we couldnt and now i have to pay her. what do you think?

Be an adult about it. And next time read the contract for YOURSELF. When you're out in the real world without mommy and daddy there to pay for everything, you're going to get cheated and scammed. Learn to read everything twice first, and check for the fine print. Especially since you're a woman, you'll be cheated even more because they'll think you're just some blonde chick. It's a cruel world.

Just because someone does something generous for you does not mean that you should take advantage of them. $200 sounds like taking advantage. Pay your tab.
