Do you remember the movie that starred Jim Carrey, Dumb and Dumber? Originally titled: Dubya, Biography of the Texas Governor. The title was too long for Bush to understand, so they opted for the shorter one. lol
I think a lot of it is to just look innocent to the public. It's a facade, for the likeability factor, appear more like the ones who voted him into office. What they fail to see, is that he is mocking them.
Poor sap, what he doesn't understand, more and more of us are able to see right through this falsehood.
No one can honestly be that unintelligent.
Yes, saying dumb things, and doing even dumber things. With not a thought or care about the price to be paid later, long after he is dust.

"MBA from Harvard Business School", sorry can't let this pass. Do you think you could get into the program with a C average?
Not a chance in h... unless your daddy was someone like Bush. OK he's in, take a look at the program, no grades no test maybe don't even show up an you get a piece of paper many months later saying he's got an MBA from Harvard. Of course this works because they only except the best and brightest, with a few exceptions like GW.

And yes he did better than Kerry, that's really a great accomplishment.

Nobody, but nobody, can PLAY stupid for as long as he has. Living in Texas, we got to see four years of stupidity when he was governor.....add on 8 years as president when he's done and that's 12 years of stupidity. Then there was his time as owner of the Texas Rangers baseball team (they still haven't recovered) and let's not forget as a failed oilman. Why we can even trace his stupidity back to when he was serving so proudly during the VietNam War, safely guarding the homefront in the AIr National Guard by going AWOL so he could go campaign for politicians in Alabama or some such redneck state. That's stupidity going back almost 40 years - nobody can ACT that stupid for that long. He's a genuine stooge, dunce, fool, idiot, intellectually challenged lamebain and any other adjectives you can think of to add to the list.

I think Bush has average intelligence-nothing special. He does.however, have a genius running his actions and others that work with him. He is,of course Karl Rove. If Rove was not involved Bush would have been forced out of office because of all the blunders he has made.

Typically "idiots" dont graduate prestigous universities like Yale.

Bush just has a funny southern way of talking and stumbles over his words sometimes that makes him seem dumb. Only mindless people that know nothing about him and just hate him call him dumb including many liberals.

The idea that Bush is dumb gets in the way of actually addressing the real problems with his leadership. He's not dumb.

To put it in my own words, he's both a real idiot and dumb. And I would like to throw in incompetent for good measure.

Wet-brain from alcoholism is no excuse for putting the Country in jeopardy with terrorists he doesn't even know who they are. Bush took the Presidential oath twice, I watched him do it on television, so Bush is responsible regardless of how unintelligent he is.

Well, Bush got better grades than John Kerry in college.

Think he is a little of both, and that's the most frightening aspect. He may not know his own limitations, and handlers working for highest bidder are leading him where ever they want.
