Well, in our court system, anything is possible. Let's look at OJ - he was found innocent of capitol murder, and the prosecution had proof.

Its only a misdeameanor first of all, And it there is no proof then no you cant be foung guilty but only by your own account, If you are ask to take a lie detector test and fail you'll end up confessing, but if you didnt do anything and there is no proof, I dont see how they can be found guitly for HEAR SAY! >because they think you did! If thats the case i can say anything about anyone and they can be arrested and convicted when I dont have anything to back my A.SS up! no way! good luck!

That all depends on what the Class A misdemenor is. But for the majority, yes you will definetely be found guilty.

I would definitely get a lawyer, DAs will try to talk you into pleaing and if you are innocent there is no reason to plea. Lawyer can help you with that .

no evidence=no probable cause for arrest. Unless the perpetrator shoots off his mouth to a friend who rats him out.
