Oddily enough if you go by hall of famers and there induction team cap it would be the Cleveland Indians with 11 and that was after they joined the american league otherwise you could include Cy Young on the list. 2nd place would be tied with 10 and they are Boston, Pittsburg and NY Giants. Yankees by the way had 16 players go in as yankees.
Cleveland players going in as an Indian are:
Earl Averill
Lou Boudreau
Stan Coveleski
Larry Doby
Bob Feller
Addie Joss
Nap Lajoie
Bob Lemon
Al Lopez
Joe Sewell
Early Wynn

I'd go with the Giants. They have Mays, Marichal, Mathewson, McCovey, Gaylord Perry, Bonds, and Bobby Thompson.
Or the St. Louis Cardinals. They have, Slaughter, the Dean Brothers, Musial, Pujols, Brock, and Ducky Medwick to name of few.
