Since yesterday morning I've had an off and on headache, off and on nausea, and recently I've been seeing little ''flying'' black dots off and on also.
Is this a bad head cold or something else?

uhh sounds like a really bad migraine. I'd go to the doc cause the black dots have to do with your blood pressure

It's a Migraine sweetie- Go see your doctor. I would also check with your family to see if anyone has had them also. Doc will want to know that. You may also want to try and remember everything you ate/drank or anything that was different in the last little bit. Maybe you could narrow down what may cause them so you can stay away from it if possible.

could be high blood pressure. See your doctor to be sure. Nausea usually doesn't go with a cold and the black dots are more associated with high blood pressure.

Since you are seeing dots you should definitely see a doctor.
