to send a parcel from India to US?..parcel weighing less than one kg...how much does it cost?..thank you.

You can also check the FEDEX site. Again, you must type in your information and then read the results: http://www.fedex.com/in/

I don't know how India processes its mail. If they have a site, go there and find the information you need.

I had next door neighbors and close friends who came from India. They told me that when they first moved here and wanted to bring in some of their possessions they sewed them inside their clothing. That way they didn't have to pay shipping or tariffs and brought enough diamonds here to open what is now a successful chain of jewelry stores. True story.
