does yahoo offer external pop access?

I want to access my yahoo mail through another mail proider, and Im having haing trouble. Im not sure if yahoo offers pop access for their free service.

Not for their free service. You have to upgrade to a paid service from Yahoo to get to download your email using POP3.

i pop forward my charter email address to my yahoo email.
