I'm not sure what the percentages are but genetics determine those factors and features. My nephew is a light skinned dark eyed Caucasian married to a Indian (eastern) woman. Their first child has red hair and blue eyes. The second is dark skinned, black hair and black eyes. I think the darker skin and eyes are more dominant but we are all such a hodge podge it's difficult to tell. Is this really important or were you just wondering? You'll have a beautiful little niece or nephew.

I would say that there is a big chance that the baby will be very tan... Dark skin color is dominant... And there is also a big chance that the baby will have dark eyes, if your sister's guy has brown/black eyes...

The baby will most likely be tan. with possibly gree eyes. It actually depends on what his family and ancestors look like and your as well. Sounds pretty though.
